I entered the license key and license email but it gives me a "fail" message?
Over the weekend we were migrating our update and registration servers to our new system, which is likely why you received the failed message. However looking at our system it appears your registration did succeed, our system must’ve just sent the incorrect message. That said, the migrations to the new system were completed yesterday and we published updates for all version 2 themes yesterday. You should see the update in your WordPress dashboard soon, or you can alternatively update the theme manually by downloading the new files from the My Account section of our website and re-uploading the theme. (You’ll have to delete the current version on your site, prior to uploading).
