What Is WordPress?
WordPress is a modern day Content Management System, or CMS for short. Yes, it’s more than a blog. It’s a simple, yet immensely powerful script that helps you create, manage, and share your content easily around the world.
Currently WordPress has two flavors, (hosted) and (self-hosted). While we do have themes for both versions, all the themes on our site will only work with the (self-hosted) software. You can find our themes for on our theme page.
What Is A Theme?
A theme, template, skin, etc… is a ready to use design and layout that you can pop right onto your existing WordPress site. WordPress handles all of the content for you (posts, pages, comments), while the theme transforms that content into a beautiful and clean layout for your visitors to see.
Many themes come with quite a bit of customizable options, all of our themes run on our custom framework which builds in lots of goodies. Take a test drive and see for yourself on our demo sites.
How Do I Install My Theme?
It’s really quite simple. Just follow the methods outlined in this tutorial here
How Do I Customize My Theme?
This is a question that depends on what you’re after exactly with your theme. Powering all of our themes is our custom framework, this makes it possible for us to include a lot of customizable options in each theme. Meaning you don’t have to touch code to customize your theme. Things like the ability to upload your own custom logo and or background to your theme, choose the typography from Google’s webfonts, and many other options included in each theme.
Aside from our theme options, if you'd like to customize your theme further, you are going to need a basic understanding of HTML & CSS to start customizing the layout and styling. To dig deeper PHP knowledge, specifically to WordPress, will help as well. The WordPress Codex is a great place to start learning.

How do you provide support?
RAWfolio provides product related support via our Support Portal, Knowledgebase, & tutorials. We do not provide product support via e-mail, Facebook, or Twitter nor do we offer phone support or live chat. 
Do Your Themes Work With The Latest Version WordPress?
Yes, it is our duty to always keep the themes up-to-date and working with the latest version of WordPress. Currently, our themes are developed and fine-tuned for WordPress 3.4 or higher, any version prior to that may have problems with some theme functionality.
If you find any issues after a WordPress update please Contact Support. We’ll get a fix out ASAP.
What Browsers & Operating Systems Are Supported?
We test all our themes on Internet Explorer 8, and 9, the latest versions of Firefox, Safari. and Chrome. Regarding operating systems, our themes are independent of the operating system you use and will work as long as WordPress is installed correctly.
We do not support Internet Explorer 6, and 7. If you use Internet Explorer 6, and 7, please consider upgrading to the latest Internet Explorer to have the best experience with our themes. Or switch to a different browser, the web will thank you!
Can I Replace The RAWfolio Link In The Footer?
You can remove any credit link in the footer as described here
How Often Are Themes Updated?
We update our themes any time we discover a bug or there is a new feature that we feel should be added.
How Do I Update My Theme?
Updates will show automatically in your theme's admin area when available, to apply an update simply go into the Updates section (located a submenu to the Dashboard link in the WordPress sidebar), select the theme you want to update by clicking the checkbox next to the name and click the Update button. That's it!
If you haven’t made any modifications to your theme files, then you can simply overwrite your existing theme files. If you have made modifications to your theme, you will need to study the changelog to see which files need updating. You can also compare your old modified file against the updated file with any good HTML Editor or use an online tool.
Do Your Themes Work With Plugins?
Yes, most plugins should work with our themes, HOWEVER, we can’t guarantee they all will. There are some plugins that conflict with code used in the themes, which will make our themes not function properly.
There are thousands of plugins available and we can’t test every one with our themes unfortunately. If the plugin has been coded to WordPress’ standards it’ll work %99 of the time. If not, we’re happy to trouble shoot and figure out if it’s really the plugin’s fault. Just Contact Support for help.
Can I Use My Theme On Multiple Sites?
Yes, you can use our themes on unlimited number of domains.
Can I Use Your Themes For Client’s Sites?
You’re welcome to use our themes in this way without violating our license.
Do Your Themes Work With WordPress Multisite (WPMS)?
Yes, our themes work with WPMS! Just look at our demo sites, those run on WPMS. 
Can I Change The Logo?
Yes, we highly encourage you do so!
The logo is a PNG file that is used only as an example. You can easily upload your own image logo in our options panel, or set a text title instead of using an image.
What is your refund policy?
Since we provide a free 30 day trial of our themes/plugins via creation of a demo site here, and are offering non-tangible digital goods, we do not issue refunds after sale unless a specific agreement was made prior to purchase or if you are absolutely not able to use the theme/plugin you purchased for a specific and valid reason (e.g. hosting incompatibility), and you have worked with our support staff to resolve the issue. It is your responsibility to evaluate whether one of our themes is suitable for your purposes prior to purchase, as all sales are final.
